Visit of The Giants of Sila: the Biogenetic Reserve of Fallistro Sila National Park. At an altitude of 1420 meters, some of the trees in this pine forest reach almost 400 years of age. The Giants can rise up to 45 meters in height.

Visit of the farm where the production process of the PGI Sila potato, the emblematic product of the Sila region, will be presented.
11.30 - 12.30
Visit of the Florense Abbey of San Giovanni in Fiore, the home of Abbot Joachim da Fiore and the plates of the Liber Figurarum.

Lunch at the agritourism farm "Tenuta di Torre Garga".

Visit of the Cupone Visitor Centre of the Sila National Park.

Visit of the Florense Abbey of San Giovanni in Fiore, the home of Abbot Joachim da Fiore and the plates of the Liber Figurarum.

Visit of The Giants of Sila : the Biogenetic Reserve of Fallistro Sila National Park. At an altitude of 1420 meters, some of the trees in this pine forest reach almost 400 years of age.The Giants can rise up to 45 meters in height.

Transfer to the multifunctional farm "Terre d'altopiano" in Scrivano. Visit of the farm, which produces artisanal ice cream, cheese, strawberries, vegetables, and PGI Sila potatoes.

Lunch.

Visit of the Biò farm and presentation of production processes, multifunctionality, mountain products, diversification and innovation, production of typical cheeses and home-made beer, livestock breeding of dairy cows and black Calabrian pigs.
